30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and undamaged
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at foonghinlek@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
Customers in the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada are welcome to return eligible items following the policy above.
